This is my first attempt at a HDR (High Dynamic Range) image. It is essentially three identical photos taken with differing exposures, merged together to create one extra vibrant and totally rad image.
It was taken on the edge of Granville Island in Vancouver, Canada about an hour after sunset (Magic Hour + 2). I stumbled upon this open air amphitheatre and behind it was this mound… its purpose eludes me, but its awesomeness does not.
